Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – JL Kart

At JL Kart, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

JL Kart offers a 3-day return window, which means you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us through the details provided on our website. Returns must be sent to the address shared by our support team.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Returns are only accepted in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must share a clear unboxing or product video showing the defect with our support team within the return period. This video is mandatory to validate the return request.

Once the issue is verified, JL Kart will arrange the return and process the refund or replacement accordingly.

If no defect is found or the required video proof is not provided, the return request may be declined.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or incorrect items.

For returns requested due to a wrong purchase, change of mind, or size/color selection error, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Paying the return delivery charges, or
  • Couriering the product back to JL Kart at their own cost

The product must be returned in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund amount (excluding delivery charges, if applicable) will be processed.

We recommend placing a new order separately for the desired item to ensure faster service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
